Aging or caring for an older loved one can be overwhelming. You can help make aging easier by supporting AgeSmart Community Resources.

Just this year AgeSmart has reached more than 40,000 older adults and veterans in our community, people who need us to provide information and resources to help them maintain their health and independence to live well. Last year AgeSmart

• developed resources and tools to support family caregivers,
• provided supports to veterans to help them remain in their homes, and
• helped people wade though the red tape of Medicare helping them find the right coverage

With your help we can accomplish so much more in 2023! We’ll move forward together to create a broader vision that all people embrace their own aging, plan for it and live in communities that support their efforts to age well. In 2021

• 5,500 caregivers were able to care for their loved ones 21 months longer,
• Provided 346,753 meals to 2,300 homebound older adults
• Developed tools and resources to help the approximate 35,000 older adults who are socially isolated and lonely connect to others in their community.
